Marketplace & Concierge Disclosures

Effective October 14, 2026

Know who sells the item, what the service costs and what you approve before money is spent. These disclosures explain marketplace discovery and concierge services from Immaculate Red Carpet Delivery (IRCD) and Donte.

These disclosures explain our role and service boundaries. A confirmed booking or campaign requires separate written terms. Submitting a request does not authorize a purchase or waive your statutory rights.

1. Our independent role

IRCD independently provides advertising and marketing, product discovery, personal sourcing, and agreed concierge pickup and delivery coordination. Donte may collect a client-approved purchase as part of a separately agreed assignment.

Unless a specific listing clearly identifies IRCD as the seller, goods are sold by the named third-party retailer, dealer or owner. Advertising an item does not transfer its ownership to us. We do not represent IRCD as a licensed broker, authorized dealer, manufacturer, jeweler, developer or auction house without verified status for the particular activity.

2. Sources, affiliations and content permissions

Source names, external links and product references identify merchandise and businesses; they do not establish an endorsement, authorized partnership or sponsorship. The platform is currently self-funded with zero paid outside or dealership sponsors. Existing dealer features are pro bono. References to Gucci, Simon, Tanger, Mercedes-Benz or Frontier do not imply their sponsorship.

Trademarks belong to their respective owners. Naming a source or linking a public listing does not grant permission to copy its photos, logos or other content. Required content and seller permissions must be confirmed before the relevant advertising or sale-facilitation activity proceeds; restricted sources must not be accessed by bypassing controls.

Owners and sellers may request a correction or removal through the contact details below, with the listing reference. We obtain every permission needed to advertise or reuse a source's content before that activity proceeds; listing-specific permissions are confirmed case by case.

3. Prices, condition and availability

Displayed prices, specifications, condition and stock information come from originating sellers and must be reconfirmed before purchase. Where a listing shows a verification or update time, it describes that check—not a guarantee of current stock. An update timestamp is not necessarily a seller confirmation. If no verification time is shown, do not assume the listing was checked today.

We remain responsible for truthful advertising and prompt correction of known errors. Wholesale, sale and savings claims need supporting comparisons; they are not a promise that every item is below market. Auction estimates are not fixed purchase prices and do not guarantee a winning bid.

Taxes, seller or auction fees, transport, merchandise and concierge service fees are separate unless explicitly included in the agreed quote. No automatic substitutions or unapproved additional charges.

4. Requests, approval and the $29 starting service fee

Elite Concierge Service starts at $29 as a service fee only. It is not the price of the goods, delivery or a national trip. No fixed local mileage or time allowance is advertised. Merchandise, extra time, distance, handling, delivery and travel are quoted separately and approved before purchase.

The existing shopping estimate uses 8% of the item budget, rounded to $5, with a $29 minimum and a $750 cap. It remains an estimate, not a booking or payment; category-specific sourcing fees and deposits are separate. Availability, location, scope and the final quote must be confirmed with your approval before booking or purchasing.

A form submission is a request only. Purchases, substitutions and additional costs require your explicit approval; sourcing purchases require written approval. Service fees and goods charges must be identified separately. Nothing on this page changes an existing order or its agreed fee.

5. Seller responsibilities and our service responsibilities

The seller provides the merchandise condition description, authenticity documentation, title, warranty and return terms. Verify the applicable documents and terms before purchase; a listing or concierge visual check is not a substitute for professional verification.

IRCD remains responsible for its own agreed services and applicable legal obligations. This is not an all-risk waiver or an exclusion of all liability. You may raise an issue with us for assistance and with the seller for a merchandise remedy. Third-party terms do not remove any nonwaivable consumer rights or our own responsibilities.

6. Cancellations, returns, refunds and deposits

Merchandise returns and seller cancellation terms are distinct from IRCD service cancellation and refund terms, and from category-specific deposit policies. Before work or purchase, the applicable service terms and any authorized, nonrecoverable costs must be disclosed and approved in writing. This page does not create new nonrefundable fees or cancellation windows, and does not replace written booking or order terms.

Existing auction deposit commitment remains unchanged: the deposit is applied to your purchase. If we do not win the lot, or you decline the final number before the sale, it is refunded in full within 3 business days. It is only nonrefundable once you approve the number and we win on your behalf. The pre-order page also promises a full refund if the lot is not won. Nothing here reduces those commitments.

A general concierge service cancellation and refund policy has not been published on this site. Confirm those terms in writing before authorizing work; owner and legal review is needed. If a quote or other page conflicts with an existing refund promise, raise it with our concierge desk for written clarification before proceeding—not an assumed loss of your rights.

7. Live shopping, photos, video and AI

Phone and video calls, detailed photos, vehicle walkarounds and property observations are by arrangement, subject to availability and retailer, store or property consent. Calls use an agreed external service; there is no guaranteed smart-glasses equipment or built-in live streaming.

AI assists research and organization. It does not authenticate luxury goods, inspect vehicle mechanics, verify title or professionally assess property condition. Visual observations are not guarantees or professional inspections. Client sessions and photos are not to be recorded or reused for promotion without separately arranged permission.

8. Category-specific boundaries

  • Vehicles: transactions, title transfer and financing go through the appropriate authorized seller or lender. No guaranteed credit approval, financing terms, auction win or title status. Arrange qualified inspections and review seller documents before purchase.
  • Property: observation and sourcing are not licensed real-estate, mortgage or investment advice. A visual visit is observational, not professional inspection or due diligence. Use licensed professionals where required by law.
  • Watches and jewelry: seek qualified professional authentication and supporting documentation. Photos, AI research and brand references are not authenticity certification.
  • Travel: the provider sets booking, fare, baggage, cancellation and change rules. Fares are not guaranteed until confirmed with the provider; verify all applicable terms before booking.

9. Delivery and national travel

Pickup, red carpet presentation and delivery depend on the approved location, scope, schedule and retailer acceptance. Clients must confirm recipient and access details. National assignments from Baltimore/DMV require advance arrangement and a separately approved travel quote.

Purchase agreements are between you and the seller. All agreements to buy an item are made directly by the customer with the seller. Once you relay the pickup details to us, our role is to collect and deliver that item.

Secure handling: collected items are placed in a clear bag secured with a digital lock or tamper-evident seal and delivered to the named receiver, who confirms receipt on delivery.

Coverage: items valued under $10,000 are fully covered while in our custody. Items valued at $10,000 or more require additional coverage arranged and confirmed in writing before pickup.

We do not promise instant nationwide dispatch or guaranteed same-day delivery.

10. Advertising opportunities and future compensation

We welcome founding sponsors and participating businesses, but an inquiry does not create a partnership or publish a campaign. Future paid placements must be clearly labeled Sponsored or Advertisement at the placement. No affiliate compensation is currently verified; if an affiliate link generates compensation in the future, that relationship will be disclosed near the link.

Advertisers need a written campaign agreement covering deliverables, permission to use content, accurate claims and inventory updates, fees, dates, cancellation, reporting and permissions for any lead-data sharing. No guaranteed sales, traffic or return on investment.

Clear disclosure helps you distinguish independent discovery from compensated promotion. These principles reflect the importance of truthful, supported advertising and clear material-connection disclosures; they are not FTC or legal approval.

11. Privacy, contact and your rights

These disclosures are not a Privacy Policy or service Terms. No standalone Privacy Policy or general service Terms page is currently published here; those documents require owner and legal review. This page does not invent retention periods, encryption certifications or privacy coverage.

When you request sourcing details, unlock a vehicle location or submit a pre-order, contact details may be saved for follow-up about that request. Existing optional email or text consent choices remain unchanged. You may opt out of follow-up by emailing us, or reply STOP to text messages where messaging is available. Advertising inquiries do not by themselves authorize customer lead-data sharing.

For listing corrections, removal requests, service questions, refund concerns or privacy requests, use our contact page, call 301-383-6058, or email concierge@immaculateredcarpet.com. Include your listing or request reference where applicable.

Nothing in these disclosures limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
