The service fee depends on distance: $29 for up to 15 miles, $49 for 15 to 30 miles, and $99 for over 30 miles. It covers the concierge service, not the item itself. The final quote is confirmed with you before booking.
Are the items included in the service fee?
No. Merchandise is separate, as are extra time, handling and long-distance travel. You approve the quote and purchases first, and we contact you before any substitution.
Who provides the service, and when is it available?
Our concierge desk handles every request personally. Each assignment depends on schedule, location and store or property permission. Submitting a request does not confirm a booking.
Can I shop by live phone or video without smart glasses?
Yes. Arrange a phone or video call with our concierge desk, or request detailed photos and videos. Calls use an agreed external service. Optional smart-glasses-assisted sessions depend on equipment and store permission; they are not guaranteed.
Can you deliver locally or travel to New York or California?
Local red carpet delivery depends on the confirmed location and availability. National assignments from Baltimore/DMV, including New York and California, require advance arrangement and a separately approved travel quote.
Do dealerships or other businesses sponsor the platform?
Immaculate Red Carpet Delivery is self-funded, with no current paid outside or dealership sponsors. Existing dealer features are pro bono, not paid endorsements. We are welcoming founding sponsors and participating businesses.
